When we started Jacob’s Java in 1992, we had a vision to provide the finest handcrafted coffee drinks to Spokane. Unlike large chains where the drink creation process is often automated and reduced to formulaic pre-blended mixes, our baristas are true coffee artisans.
Our goal has always been to support our neighborhoods with a consistent locally sourced product of superior quality. Some of our baristas have worked with us for years, and we like that our customers know that they will be greeted by a friendly face when they choose Jacob’s Java.
